We found out years ago that because we staged many events, we were better equipped from nearly every standpoint to manage a one-time event. Our job, when contracted by an event, is to enable the director and organization to have more fun and be more effective. We want you to shine.

Equipment

• Timing & Results - Our specialty is state of the art, ChampionChip timing.  Finish lines are what we focus on. For triathlons, duathlons, and other multi-sport events, we can provide timing points to capture split and transition times.  For running events, we have the capability to capture a chip start, in order to provide the athletes with net times.  We use the latest technology in computer programs and hardware, in order to provide easy, efficient registration, and Quick, Accurate Results. We also have digital display clocks for split timing.

• Finish Line - We employ a great looking, 20' x 12' , covered archway, with an overhead clock.   We have a picket fence chute, as well as flagging, and fencing dependent upon event needs.  We can accommodate sponsor banners.

• Bike Racks - We can provide enough for most any size triathlon.  Each rack holds up to 8 bikes.  We also rent bike racks to event managers and races.

• Course Marking - Cones & all necessary directional signs.

• Communications - 500 watt music & pa system-we also carry a wonderful portable 40 watt system with stands that will serve a double football field sized area.

• Other Equipment - Includes swim buoys, tables, tents, drink coolers, and nearly anything else an event needs.

• We are also able to provide t-shirts and awards at competitive prices.

• Prepare event brochure or flyer

• Mass email to 10,000 current athletes, with one of our scheduled mailings which include other event information. We have a working relationship with many magazines including Florida Running & Triathlon, Florida Race Place, Running Journal, Inside Triathlon, Triathlete, Runner's World & National Masters News that often involves editorial content as well as advertising.

• Information also appears in club newsletters, newspapers, internet, radio and sometimes on TV. Brochures are distributed to athletic clubs, sporting goods stores and at other events.

Our fee is determined by the services and equipment required, Also, the size and character of event factor into the cost. We offer a variety of singular services such as mailing, timing, equipment rental, and more.
