Event Services
We found out years ago that because we staged many events, we were better equipped from nearly every standpoint to manage a one-time event. Our job, when contracted by an event, is to enable the director and organization to have more fun and be more effective. We want you to shine.

Quick, Accurate Results, this is our business Course selection, measurement and certification Consultation on all aspects as needed, i.e. cost saving, logistics USA T&F, Road Runners Club of America or USA Triathlon sanctions Race administration and management of registration, timing and results - our preferred method is to receive all entry forms with checks payable to you Labeled race packets ready for distribution to entrants which include entrant-labeled race numbers, tee shirts, and info sheets in addition to other supplied materials and other race and related brochures. Alphabetical list that corresponds to numerically arranged packets Coordinate sponsor appreciation, i.e. banners etc. Coordinate event photographer Assist with awards presentation Deliver results to media and entrants Post event recap	Timing & Results - Our specialty is state of the art, ChampionChip timing. Finish lines are what we focus on. For triathlons, duathlons, and other multi-sport events, we can provide timing points to capture split and transition times. For running events, we have the capability to capture a chip start, in order to provide the athletes with net times. We use the latest technology in computer programs and hardware, in order to provide easy, efficient registration, and Quick, Accurate Results. We also have digital display clocks for split timing. Finish Line - We employ a great looking, 20' x 12' , covered archway, with an overhead clock. We have a picket fence chute, as well as flagging, and fencing dependent upon event needs. We can accommodate sponsor banners. Bike Racks - We can provide enough for every size triathlon. Each rack holds up to 8 bikes. We can provide special rack numbers, that can have the race name and sponsors. For events looking to buy their own racks, we also manufacture bike racks. Click here for more information on Bike Racks. Course Marking - Cones & all necessary directional signs. Communications - 500 watt music & pa system-we also carry a wonderful portable 40 watt system with stands that will serve a double football field sized area. We also have other systems and a supply of walkie-talkie devices. Other Equipment - Includes swim buoys, tables, tents, drink coolers, and nearly anything else an event needs. We are also able to provide tee shirts and awards at competitive prices.
Promoting the event	Events
Prepare event brochure or flyer Mass email to 10,000 current athletes, with one of our scheduled mailings which include other event information. We have a working relationship with many magazines including Florida Running & Triathlon, Florida Race Place, Running Journal, Inside Triathlon, Triathlete, Runner's World & National Masters News that often involves editorial content as well as advertising. Information also appears in club newsletters, newspapers, internet, radio and sometimes on TV. Brochures are distributed to athletic clubs, sporting goods stores and at other events. Our fee is determined by services and equipment required and the size and character of event. We offer a variety of singular services such as mailing, timing, equipment rental, and more. References furnished upon request.
